Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If you play with a minor, the account must belong to a responsible adult.

• Clips: MXN $50 for each claimed clip. If you do not like the preview, you do not pay. The club receives 70% and we receive 30%.
• Bookings: the amount configured by the club for each court. It is charged when the booking is confirmed by card through Stripe.
• Wallet: minimum top-ups of MXN $50 via SPEI transfer through Fintoc. The balance can only be used to buy clips at the club where you topped up.
• Optional subscriptions, if applicable, are billed monthly through Stripe Subscriptions and can be canceled in the app.

• Clips: full refund if you email ventas@padelsociety.mx within 24 hours and provide a reasonable explanation. The club admin makes the final decision. Once refunded, the clip becomes available to another player again.
• Bookings: full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations remain at the club’s discretion.
• Wallet: reloaded balance is not refundable to a bank account, but you may use it for clips or transfer it to another player from the same club in Phase 2.

Uploading offensive clips or avatars, attempting to bypass the payment system, impersonating another person, or using the platform for harassment is prohibited. We reserve the right to block accounts that violate these rules.

We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. If a camera fails, the club will communicate the issue and clips from that court will not be charged until service is restored.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Mexico City.
